These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phtya. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

phtya is strictly for users aged 21 years and older, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing requirements. Creating an account while underage is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one phtya account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses associated with duplicate registrations will be voided. Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address are subject to review.
All transactions on phtya are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. phtya reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotions issued by phtya are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Misuse of bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim a single promotion — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
phtya is obligated under its PAGCOR license to promote responsible gaming. Users who exhibit signs of problem gambling may be contacted by phtya's responsible gaming team. Deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all account holders at no cost.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of phtya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory authority.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of phtya (the "Platform"), operated by phtya and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
By creating an Account or using any part of the phtya Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms, the phtya Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your phtya Account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phtya regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.
To register and maintain a phtya Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
phtya reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You may hold only one (1) Account on the phtya Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. phtya reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated transactions, and retain any Bonus Funds without prior notice.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for maintaining the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. phtya is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your failure to provide or update accurate registration details.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify phtya immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. phtya will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
All financial transactions on phtya are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published in the Platform's cashier section.
Deposits are credited to your phtya Account balance once the relevant payment processor confirms receipt of funds. phtya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or technical issues outside phtya's direct control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the associated deposit. phtya reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued ID valid in the Philippines (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete identity verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
phtya does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must originate from a payment method owned and operated in the Account holder's own name.
phtya may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover conditions), eligible games, time limitations, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from Bonus Funds.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. phtya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines.
Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Users — will result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and may result in permanent Account suspension.
All games available on phtya are operated in accordance with rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and a cached or delayed visual representation on your device, the result recorded in phtya's server logs shall be definitive.
phtya uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. All game outcomes are subject to independent audit in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtya Platform:
phtya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that violates these prohibitions, with or without prior notice, and to report relevant conduct to PAGCOR or other Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All content on the phtya Platform — including but not limited to: the phtya brand name and logo, game graphics, user interface design, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of phtya or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phtya content without express prior written consent.
phtya collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the phtya Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of your agreement with phtya.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from: Platform downtime, data loss, unauthorised access to your Account, or delays in payment processing by third-party providers.
phtya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your phtya Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phtya is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with its PAGCOR license obligations. All Users have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their Account settings: deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

phtya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including where: you breach any provision of these Terms; phtya reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; phtya is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or phtya decides to discontinue operations in a particular market.
Upon Account closure in circumstances other than a breach by you, phtya will return the verified real-money balance in your Account to you via your registered withdrawal method, less any amounts subject to dispute or regulatory hold. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.
phtya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the phtya Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of phtya shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority — PAGCOR — or, if applicable, to the competent courts of the Philippines.
